Okay, even I have caught myself feeling a bit under the weather about the weather recently!! While driving to Sudbury this morning, under a sky of cloud and single digit temperatures, I began to wonder if I’d ever get to break a sweat this summer.
And then I got a great email to warm my thoughts. One of my blog readers, Tracy, who lives out in Kitchener is an avid photographer. She went outside to her garden on the weekend, during a break in the rain, to pull some weeds. And this is what she saw…….

A smiling wild daisy
Seriously…… A wild daisy with a smile on its’ face. In the midst of one of the wettest weekends this summer.
Serves as a great reminder for us all, us wild daisy lovers.
Even when it pours rain, literally or figuratively in life, a wild daisy can always find a reason to smile.
Tracy, thanks for sharing such a serendipitous, beautiful and inspiring photo!!
*Please note that I have posted both of these pics in the photo gallery, where they appear in larger versions. ie. you can see the smile really well!!*

Hi there Miss Wild Daisy!! You don’t know me at all, I once e-mailed you about your urban polling after you appeared on the A Channel morning news show. It kind of intrigued me and wanted to know if you had any sessions in my area at the time. Since then I have been receiving your newsletters and ALWAYS enjoy reading what you have to say. Don’t really know what draws me to you and your adventure but I am so enjoying following you on your journey. I suppose it is sad but I don’t really have a “dream to follow”, I guess I’ve been pretty happy with what I have in my life and never really needed anything more. But reading your posts are something I look forward to each time I get an e-mail saying you’ve posted something new. So keep on truckin!!
